Caramelised Banana Tiramisu Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • Chia pudding mix:
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • splash of milk
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • shot of espresso
  • Yoghurt bowl:
  • 200g greek yoghurt
  • 1 caramelised banana
  • maple syrup
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix mashed banana, milk, mascarpone, espresso and chia seeds in a little bowl. leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile caramelise your banana in slices and put to the side.
  3. 3. Put greek yoghurt in bowl of choice and create a little well with the back of a spoon. Add in your coffee chia mixture into the middle.
  4. 4. Top with caramelised bananas, maple syrup and dust with cocoa powder.
  5. 5. Enjoy!!!
