Spiced Cranberry Buns

Ingredients
- 300 g strong white flour
- 50 g soft butter
- 150 ml warm milk
- 1 egg
- 60 g dried cranberries
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp fast‑action yeast
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, spices and yeast.
- Add milk, butter and egg; knead to a soft dough.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Rise 1 hour, shape into buns, rise again.
- Bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
