Ginger Pear Crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 pears, sliced
  • 1 tbsp stem ginger syrup
  • 150 g flour
  • 80 g butter
  • 60 g oats
  • 60 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Toss pears with ginger syrup and place in a dish.
  2. Rub butter into flour, oats and sugar.
  3. Scatter crumble and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
