Ginger Pear Crumble

Ingredients
- 4 pears, sliced
- 1 tbsp stem ginger syrup
- 150 g flour
- 80 g butter
- 60 g oats
- 60 g sugar
Instructions
- Toss pears with ginger syrup and place in a dish.
- Rub butter into flour, oats and sugar.
- Scatter crumble and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
