Minced Apple Crumble Slice

Ingredients
- 2 apples, grated
- 150 g mincemeat
- 180 g plain flour
- 120 g butter
- 80 g brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rub butter into flour, sugar and salt to make crumbs.
- Press two‑thirds into a lined tin.
- Mix apples with mincemeat and spread over.
- Scatter remaining crumbs and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
