Minced Apple Crumble Slice

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, grated
  • 150 g mincemeat
  • 180 g plain flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rub butter into flour, sugar and salt to make crumbs.
  2. Press two‑thirds into a lined tin.
  3. Mix apples with mincemeat and spread over.
  4. Scatter remaining crumbs and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
